1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, booking services, or engaging with Little Lambs Event Childcare (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services

Little Lambs Event Childcare provides professional childcare services for events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, private gatherings, hotel/resort partnerships, and enrichment programs.

All services are subject to availability, staffing, location requirements, and formal confirmation through a written agreement or invoice.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at our sole discretion.

3. Eligibility

To request services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

By submitting a request, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

4. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is not confirmed until:

  • A formal quote or service agreement is accepted

  • A deposit (if required) is received

  • Written confirmation is issued by Little Lambs Event Childcare

We reserve the right to adjust staffing or service details based on final event requirements.

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be made according to the terms outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date

  • Full payment may be required prior to the event date

  • Late payments may result in cancellation of services without refund

Accepted payment methods will be specified in your invoice.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

  • Cancellations made within a specified period (outlined in your agreement) may be subject to partial or no refund

  • Last-minute cancellations may result in full charge of services

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details, including location, timing, and number of children

  • Ensure a safe, accessible, and appropriate environment for childcare services

  • Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs in advance

  • Ensure compliance with venue rules and regulations

Failure to provide complete information may impact service delivery.

8. Safety & Child Supervision

We prioritize the safety and wellbeing of all children under our care.

All caregivers are:

  • Background-checked

  • CPR and First Aid certified

  • Trained in structured childcare environments

However, parents/guardians remain ultimately responsible for their children before and after service hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Lambs Event Childcare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We are not responsible for:

  • Injuries caused by failure to disclose medical conditions or special needs

  • Incidents occurring outside of agreed service hours

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events)

10. Assumption of Risk

By using our services, you acknowledge that participation in childcare activities involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, except where prohibited by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, visuals, and materials, is the property of Little Lambs Event Childcare and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms for scheduling, payments, communication, or analytics. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or content of third-party providers.

You agree not to:
